Good tehnic,effect Blur Gaussian

The commands in the sub menu on the menu Blur and raster-based effects using the effects settings whenever you apply the effect to the object vector.
Blur Gaussian, blur the selection by the number of pixels are adjusted.

Zoom to obscure the radial lines,as if zooming in or out of the picture, and determine the amount of 1 to 100.
Blur quality ranges from the Draft for the fastest results but rough for Good and Best for smoother results.
Determine the origin of the blur with interesting patterns in the box Blur Center.
