CASR basic introduction to the pilotThe rules concerning the operation of aircraft provided for in CASR (Civil Aviation Safety Regulations) as published by the Department of Communications of Indonesia.Of the many parts of the CASR,which one is most associated with the work of an aviator?
Below we present each CASR required by a pilot or an aspiring aviator.In general,that must be noted is the CASR Part 61 regarding how to obtain a license and Part 91 concerning the operation of the flight. As for the airline and its aircharter,its operation following the CASR Part 121 and Part 135.Flight school has its own share of Part 141.

Rules for the company's commuter / charter or pilot who operates:
a. The aircraft / helicopter commuter or charter with a capacity of 30 seats or less, excluding crew seats.
b. or, the aircraft with a maximum carrying capacity of less than 7500 pounds / 3409 kg.
c. or, operates one of the following:
1. helicopter transporting goods outside
2. towing / towing aircraft objects
3. Disposal of goods
4. survey and photography, except for recreational photography
5. Air Ambulance
6. Flight inspection or calibration
7. Other transportation are considered special by the DGAC
Part 121

All the water carrier and the pilots, which does not include Part 135
